By creating an account, purchasing, registering or using The Elite Society website/community, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable Community/Directory Guidelines.
Community use
Use the platform respectfully, lawfully and in a way consistent with TES's faith-based community standards. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, spam, scrape protected member information or attempt to defeat access controls.
Accounts
Keep your login credentials secure and provide accurate information. TES may suspend accounts or content that violate policies, create safety/security concerns, involve fraud or materially disrupt the community.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting it to community/publication features, you grant TES the permission needed to host, display, format and distribute that content within the feature/audience you selected. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
Events
Event details, capacities, schedules, speakers, vendors and locations may change. Event-specific refund/cancellation terms are shown before purchase when applicable.
Recurring subscriptions
Directory viewer and business-listing plans may renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the billing portal/provider terms; it does not necessarily retroactively refund a completed billing period except where a published TES policy or law requires otherwise.
Directory
Directory access and business listings are subject to the Directory Guidelines. TES may remove listings that are inconsistent with those Guidelines. Where TES's directory policy states that a removed non-compliant listing receives a full refund of the applicable listing payment, the admin removal flow processes that refund.
Contributions
Unless TES has explicitly published verified tax-deductible status, payments made through "Support The Society" should not be assumed to be tax-deductible charitable donations.
