The Elite Society ("TES," "we," "us") provides a community website, events, Bible study experiences, editorial content, a business directory, digital community features and commerce. This policy will be reviewed against TES's final business structure, vendors and legal requirements before publication.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email, city/state, profile information, communication preferences, community posts/comments, event registrations, vendor/sponsor/volunteer submissions, business-directory information, newsletter preferences, order/payment status, and site activity such as page views, clicks and video-watch activity.

Payment-card information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored in TES app tables.

How information is used

We use information to provide and personalize the site; operate member/community features; process registrations, subscriptions and purchases; send requested reminders and communications; moderate the community; improve events/content; provide customer service; prevent misuse; and understand aggregated platform performance.

Community and directory visibility

Certain information is intentionally shared with other authorized users when you choose to participate in member/community or directory features. The Pink Pages is intended to be viewable by eligible Elite Society members and active directory subscribers, not by the general unauthenticated public. Please do not submit profile or business information you do not want shared with the audience authorized to view it.

Business listers can choose whether certain fields such as phone number, email address or full street address are displayed. City/state may be displayed as part of a directory listing.

Service providers

TES may use hosting/authentication, email, analytics, video, payment and other technology providers to operate the service. Those providers process information according to their own contractual/privacy obligations.

Communications

Transactional messages may be sent when necessary to provide the service. Marketing/newsletter messages are sent based on your preferences and include a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily stop transactional account, payment or event messages.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies/local storage and analytics to keep users signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic and understand feature usage. Where required, consent choices are provided.

Data choices

Users may update available profile/preferences in their account. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion can be submitted through the Contact page. Some information may need to be retained for transactions, fraud prevention, legal compliance or moderation records.

Security

TES uses access controls and reputable service providers, but no online system can promise absolute security. Do not submit sensitive information that the service does not ask for.

Children

The platform is intended for adults unless a specific event or feature expressly states otherwise. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through general community signup.

Changes

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be given an updated effective date and appropriate notice.
