Refund & Cancellation Policy

Event-specific terms are shown at checkout where they differ from this general policy.
Directory subscriptions
Directory viewer and business-listing subscriptions renew at the selected monthly or annual frequency until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access normally remains through the paid period unless a refund/removal rule applies.
Guideline-based listing removal
If TES removes a business listing because it is incompatible with the published Directory Guidelines, the current founding policy is to issue a full refund of the applicable listing payment.
Spotlight bookings
Spotlight inventory is date-specific and exclusive. A cancellation deadline is published before live spots are sold. If TES cancels a paid spotlight window, it will be refunded or rescheduled.
Event tickets & vendor fees
Each event can have its own refund/cancellation rules, shown before checkout when applicable.
Store products
Store return/exchange terms are added once fulfillment rules for physical merchandise are finalized.
Changes
We may update this policy as the platform evolves, with an updated effective date and appropriate notice for material changes.
