Where faith, friendship, growth and a little fabulousness meet.
The Elite Society is where faith, friendship, growth and a little fabulousness meet. Founded in 2021 by Farrah LaRaé Wynn, The Elite Society was created to give women a space to grow personally, professionally and spiritually without having to fragment who they are. We believe a woman can love God deeply, build boldly, care for her family, explore her gifts, enjoy beauty and culture, develop healthy relationships, become financially wiser, laugh loudly and still be becoming.

Tools, community and immersive experiences that help women thrive.
Faith
We keep Christ at the center and seek wisdom before image, momentum or applause.
Growth
We believe becoming is a lifelong practice. We stay teachable.
Sisterhood
We choose connection over competition and make room for other women to win.
Wisdom
We value discernment, good stewardship and thoughtful decision-making.
Excellence
We care about how things are built, communicated and experienced.
Joy
Life is not only a list of things to survive. We make room to enjoy it.
Service
Community is strongest when everyone brings something to the table.
Integrity
We mean what we say, protect what is entrusted to us and handle people with care.

Built on purpose, with room for the whole woman.
TES exists to create the kind of room where a woman's layers are welcomed, sharpened and celebrated with wisdom, excellence and genuine sisterhood — serious about God, and still loving beauty; ambitious and nurturing; a founder, a mother, a friend, a dreamer, sometimes all before lunch.
What began as a gathering has grown into a community home: Bible study every week, an annual conference, curated experiences, and a digital clubhouse where faith and a little fabulousness share the same table.
The room keeps growing.
The Elite Society is founded by Farrah LaRaé Wynn — a room where women could grow personally, professionally and spiritually without fragmenting who they are.
